Menachem Langer, M.D., MBA, J.D.

Managing Partner

Menachem is the founder of Langer Law Group, which was borne out of a wealth of education and experience in the medical, legal and business fields. He obtained his law degree in addition to his medical degree and Masters in Business Administration. He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating physician, hospital and clinic contracts, practice management, strategic planning, and all aspects of compliance related issues. His comprehensive experience as CEO of a regional medical center honed his skills in market strategy and service line development and expansion, process improvement, strategic planning, and integration and acquisitions. As a physician-attorney with a degree in business, he is uniquely positioned to handle all aspects of health law and administration. His keen insight into the inner workings of the health-related industry, provide him with an unparalleled ability to not only fully understand the issues, but to also anticipate concerns and guide clients seamlessly towards their goals. His unique skill set synthesizes his education, life experience and background, allowing him to adapt specifically to each client’s needs. Admitted in Texas and the District of Columbia

Daniel Klapper, J.D.

Partner

Daniel is the founder of Fox & Chester Consulting LLC, a partner firm with Langer Law Group. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He has extensive experience in Health Law, including issues pertaining to hospitals, insurance companies, and private practices, such as Federal and State Regulatory Compliance issues, Contracting, and Negotiations. He also has extensive experience in employment and labor law, including discrimination cases, union negotiations, and class actions. Daniel also has expertise in AI, Technology & Data Privacy issues, and Mergers & Acquisitions, advising and scaling startups and brokering deals between startups and accredited investors and Venture Capitalists. As a consultant, Daniel has extensive experience optimizing and scaling hospitals and companies, in their existing and in new markets. His work has led to $4B+ in value for the companies he has worked with, and 1M+ in new customers. Daniel is also a regularly invited speaker, and is also a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) webinar host on his work, specifically on the nexus between AI and the law. Admitted in Minnessota
